DOES PURE SIGNS WHOLESALE OFFER INSTALLATION?
Pure Signs Wholesale is strictly a manufacturer, we do not offer any form of installation with our signs. However we do offer schematics with material breakdowns and installation patterns to ease the installation process. Every sign also comes with the proper amount of fasteners to install to any standard brick, stucco or wood building.
IS MY PRODUCT INSURED DURING SHIPMENT?
Every product shipped is fully insured regardless of the method used. Any shipping damages should be reported at the time of delivery with the shipping company. We will assist in any claims generated with the shipping company to ensure your signs safe arrival.
WHAT IS A RACEWAY?
A Raceway is a channel connecting sections or all letters of a sign to contain all electrical components to make for a simple installation and avoid wiring behind walls. This is normally offered in standard pricing, slightly increasing the final cost but worth the saving in time. Signs received by our clients with this option can expect their sign to be complete and ready to install with 2-5 mounting brackets and 1 electrical out per raceway (Installation Pattern Included). WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY SIGN?
All signs come standard with schematics and installation patterns to ease the installation process. Every sign also comes with the proper amount of fasteners to install to any standard brick, stucco or wood building along with additional L.E.D. wire and wire nuts to properly wire your sign together. Your sign will illuminate when all letters are linked together via the low voltage DC wire (included) behind the wall your sign will be installed to. The provided power supply will be installed between your LED sign system and the 110-277v Connection to your building.
DO I NEED A PERMIT FOR MY SIGN?
It is your responsibility to ensure that all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances and rules of the jurisdiction in which the product is to be installed, are met, including, but not limited to: pulling all necessary permits and submitting to all required inspections. If necessary Pure Signs Wholesale can provide artwork renderings including projections of your storefront with your purchased sign for permit pulling, this service is provided as a courtesy and is available upon request only with your purchase.
HOW DOES PURE SIGNS WHOLESALE PLAN TO SHIP MY SIGN?
Pure Signs Wholesale normally ships via freight, if the order is smaller in size it will be shipped using UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Will my sign be UL Listed?
For your protection, all electrical products sold by Pure Signs Wholesale are UL Listed for US and Canada.
